We recognise and understand that organisations of an educational nature have to have special considerations due to the nature of their activities. As they are not the typical commercial business environments and by having young students on site means a certain level of sensitivity to such specialist requirements must be maintained at all times. Therefore, educational premises require more than routine cleaning: safeguarding, site security, pupil welfare and disruption to the school day must all be carefully considered.
Following a site survey, we develop a site-specific cleaning specification covering classrooms, washrooms, communal spaces, dining facilities, sports areas, offices and other specialist areas. Cleaning can be scheduled before the first bell, after school or during holiday periods to minimise disruption, with products and equipment stored safely in accordance with the school’s requirements.
Operatives assigned to education settings undergo appropriate identity and DBS checks, induction and site-specific training. Every contract is supported by management supervision, planned inspections, documented reporting and cover arrangements for employee absences.

Before mobilisation, we agree a detailed cleaning specification with the school. It records the areas and tasks included, required frequencies, service times, products and equipment, safe-storage arrangements, access requirements, reporting responsibilities and audit schedule. This gives both parties a clear and measurable basis for monitoring the service.
The cleaning programme can be adjusted around term dates, examinations, parents’ evenings, events and holiday periods. Service delivery is monitored through our digital contract-management and reporting system, which records inspections, audit scores, staffing coverage, reported issues, corrective actions and completion dates. Agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), including cleaning-quality scores, response times and issue resolution, are regularly reviewed with the school’s nominated contact. This provides a clear audit trail and ensures that any shortfalls are identified and addressed promptly.
