Following a site survey and risk assessment, we work with each client to develop a site-specific cleaning specification covering responsibilities, frequencies, cleaning methods, high-frequency touchpoints, colour-coded equipment, COSHH controls and escalation arrangements. Where applicable, our approach supports the NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2025, relevant infection prevention and control procedures and the requirements of the individual premises.
Contracts are supported by site-specific training, management supervision, scheduled quality audits and clear reporting. Cleaning can be arranged around opening hours to minimise disruption, with services tailored to patient-facing areas, consultation rooms, receptions, washrooms, staff facilities, flooring and other agreed areas.
How Our Healthcare Cleaning Contracts Are Managed
Each healthcare cleaning contract is managed through a site-specific cleaning plan agreed during mobilisation. The plan defines responsibilities, task frequencies, cleaning methods, high-frequency touchpoints and reporting arrangements. A designated manager oversees staffing, induction, training, supervision and scheduled quality audits, with results recorded and improvement actions monitored through to completion.
We maintain clear communication with each client and arrange planned cover for employee absences or changing site requirements. Where an issue is identified, it is recorded, escalated and addressed through an agreed corrective-action process. This structured approach supports dependable hygiene standards while allowing healthcare teams to concentrate on patients and service users.
